HiEng is an online English learning platform operated by Individual Entrepreneur Kuzmina Irina Vasilievna, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 004-2026-169-2773, tax identification number 11408196240005, registered at Isanov St., Bld. 1/11, Apt. 25, Pervomaisky district, Bishkek, 720017, Kyrgyz Republic ("we", "us", "HiEng").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you buy access to HiEng, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle.com, and Paddle issues the invoice and processes any refund. These Terms govern your use of the HiEng platform itself.
You are buying access to a software platform with pre-recorded learning content and automated practice tools.
Access is granted for the period stated on the product page — for example six or twelve months — counted from the moment access is opened.
This is a one-time purchase. We do not enrol you in a subscription, we do not renew access automatically, and we do not charge you again without a separate decision on your part.
Access is personal. Do not share your login details, and do not use the materials commercially.
If we find that an account is being used by other people, we will ask you to change your password. If it happens again or the account is publicly shared or resold, we may suspend access and terminate this agreement. In that case we will refund the unused part of your access period.
Our materials, tools and automated feedback work only alongside regular practice on your side. We do not promise a specific level, score or outcome, because it depends on how much you study.
All lessons, texts, audio, video, exercises and software on the platform belong to us or are used under licence. Buying access does not transfer any rights to you beyond personal use for the duration of your access.
You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell or publish our materials, in whole or in part.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
If access is unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, we extend your access period by the equivalent time.
We may improve, extend or reorganise the platform and its content. We will not reduce the scope of what you have already paid for.
If we change these Terms, the version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the moment you paid.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you paid for access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
