When you create an account: your name and email address.
When you learn: your progress through lessons, exercise answers, vocabulary you save, and text or audio you submit for automated feedback.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and how you use the platform. Collected to keep the service working and secure.
Payment data: we do not receive or store your card details. Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We receive only the fact of purchase, the product, the amount and your email.

Your writing and speech submissions are processed by automated systems to produce feedback. These systems evaluate language, not you as a person, and their output does not have legal or similarly significant effects. You can always ask a human on our team to look at any feedback you disagree with.

Our servers are located in the European Union. Some of our service providers process data outside your country of residence. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses.
Account and progress data — while your account exists, and for one year after your access ends, so that you can come back without losing your progress.

The platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
